Our Box arrangements are shipped via our carriers (UPS, FEDEX, or DHL), depending on your location. All orders placed before 2PM EST, Cut Off Time will be shipped the same day, others will be shipped the following day, except on Saturday and Sunday. Please note that we do not ship to PO boxes.
For orders processed before 2pm (EST), during week days, 3/4 business days delivery is possible within USA. A charge of $35 will be added to your order

Unless proven damaged by our carriers, we do not accept returns. All orders are made specifically to your requirements, we listen to your needs and build your flower arrangement accordingly.
